Gravity cask at Pigs Ear '23, day two, 29/11/23. Black topped with a tan cap. Nose is chocolate, herb, spice, cinnamon, dark malts. Taste comprises dried fruit rinds, more cinnamon, dark malts, light roast, brown sugar dusting, dates, chocolate, vanilla. Medium plus bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a kiss of alcohol. Fun cask impy.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Big thanks to Jackie. Almost clear dark brown beer small, small tan head. Smooth palate, mellow dark malts, touch of chocolate. Liquid hot cross buns! Tangy fruity finish. Belies the abv.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day 1 - London. Pours pours clear deep brown with minimal tan foam head. Medium to big sweet flavour with ample roast, burnt festive spices, a little cocoa, dried toffee. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, more festive spicing. Not bad.
