Gravity cask at Pigs Ear'23, day two, 29/11/23. Golden to light amber with an off white head. Nose is light phenols, stewed fruits, grains, herb, apple skins. Taste comprises dull fruit esters, apple core, hedgerow, vinous, straw. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close. Okay of a little astringent.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day 1 - London. Pours clear honey-gold with a small, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour with a fair bit of bitter apple skins, some earthy hops, dried bread crust. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Semi-sweet finish, further toasted mats. Not bad.

Pigs Ear. Cask. A very mild light haze on this orange beer, small bubbly white head, doesn't last. Light and semi dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Light thin malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Nice autumnal vibe here, mild caramel, ripe fruits, crystallised fruits, you can pick up a little apple freshness on the light and semi dry finish. Intriguing brew, different and tasty.
