Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Reddish brown. Pickled vegetables, vinegar, some cherry, acidic, acetic, malt.

Bottle split at the 2nd CBJ tasting, thanks to Dave, 31/08/23. Murky raspberry red with a good sized frothy light crimson cap. Nose is tangy berries, straw, cherry stones, funk, damp hay. Taste comprises big berry fruit notes, pissy twang, acidic spike, berry pips, straw, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic spike. Solid bracing stuff.

Craft Beer Junction bottleshare. Thanks to Wingman. Hazy cherry red beer, small pale tan head. Smooth and fairly dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Tart ripe cherry, acidic and harsh. Lemon acidity. Dry finish. Okay acidic beer.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Dave. Pours murky blood-red with a creamy pink head. Light to medium sweet flavour, tart berries. Sturdy acidity. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Quenching finish. Bright and acidic berries. Very tasty.

C&C bottle from Niemuth’s and shared at McFleshman’s, 3/31/23. Hazy dark red. Aroma of funk, cherry, oak. Taste is cherry, pepper. Dry, strong tart. Nice.
