Bottle split at L6 Tasting, thanks to LKS, 13/10/22. Mahogany brown with a light beige cap that veers to the edge. Nose is soy sauce, stewed fruits, oxidised notes. Taste comprises dark fruit rinds, oak, wood must, toffee, oxidisation. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Passable for the age.

Bottle shared at the Columbus tasting 13/10/2022. Many thanks to LKS. A dark amber coloured pour with a lasrting loose beige halo. Aroma is ages malts, treacle, soy, dried fruit, sticky raisin, musty grain store. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty malts, treacle, raisin loaf, aged. Palate is semi sweet, oily, mellow carbonation. ok.

Bottle shared in CW - picked up in London. Opens with a slight hiss. Pours clear copper with a slight, bubbly off-white head. Light to medium sweet flavour, notes of toasted malts, dry caramel, meat, decent oxidation. Medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Moderately sweet finish, some crunchy toasted grains, earth, toasted caramel. Not bad overall.
