Keg at the Atlas taproom, DC, 13/04/23. Hazed orange with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is tangy fruit esters, berry pips, green berry funk, damp cloth, alleyway, straw, grains. Taste comprises berry must, oak, lactic bite, damp hay, hedgerow, light acidic throat scrape, vinous.. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a sharp puckering close. Tidy,

Tap at the brewery in Washington DC. A light hazed peachy pink coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is sour funk. Vinous funk, grape, woody oak, tannin, vanilla. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, buttery, vanilla. Oaky, buttery, vanilla, palate is semi sweet, tangy sour, highish airy carbonation. Ok. Little funky.
