Garden Wit is an ode to the short period of time without snow in Nordics, also known as Summer. Time when people feel light and wander into parks. This Wit will make your taste buds smile wide. Enjoy at a terrace, in a park or curtains closed at home. From the garden, we have picked here some rosehips, orange peel, coriander seeds and US hops. Pair with food, for example with salad or fish.

Samean utuinen, vaaleankullankeltainen olut vaahtoaa melko runsaasti pienikuplaisen ja vitivalkoisen, pitsiä jättävän vaahdon voimin. Tuoksussa raikasta kukkaisuutta, vehnää ja kevyttä mausteisuutta. Maku vehnäinen, hyvin kevyesti hiivainen, kevyen mausteinen ja kukkainen. Pieni pistelevä mausteisuus jää kielen päälle. Keskiasteisen hiilihappoinen, keskirunsas täyteläisyydeltään, kivan kesäinen ja erilainen witbier.

Mother Kelly’s. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. Thin malts, a little grain. Very light and thin citrus and floralness. Light finish. Inoffensive but that is because there is nothing to offend! A whole lot of not much here.

Sour smell, some green apple and coriander there. Cloudy yellow colour, high white head. Aroma of grass, coriander, orange peel. Medium sour. Wild carbon, half-dry texture. Light-to-medium body. Some flavour there which I cannot pinpoint, but doesn’t fit in.

Bottle 330ml (K-Supermarket City, Pori)
Hazy orange color, good white head, some lace. Very yeasty, even unclean aroma with hints of coriander. Light-bodied. Wheaty, coriander, lightly acidic rose berries and some orange peels. So you are able to trace all the given ingridients here. Some kind of hybrid of Belgian Wit and American style wheat beer. Homebrewish.
