Keg at the Ascot / Disruption taproom, 04/03/23. Light black with a decent tan cap. Nose is chocolate, toffee, light roast, brown sugar dusting. Taste comprises dates, cocoa powder, treacle toffee, sugars, syrup. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Okay offering.

[Cask at the Alehouse, Reading.] A glossy black pour with a hint of purple and a ring of beige head; spicy toffee aroma; rather thin in the mouth with some winter spice to start, then red fruit and figs, before a classic Sticky Toffee Pudding taste emerges; and lingers in a dry figgy finish.
