For this unique collaboration with Gosnells, we aged mead in bourbon barrels for six months before blending with three-year-aged foudre beer and spontaneous beer conditioned on second use chuckleberries. It was primed with orange blossom honey prior to bottling. Juicy, herbal and complex, balancing honey sweetness with a clean, dry finish.

Panda at home, thanks to Dave and for muling, 11/02/23. Orange to pinkish pour with an off white faded crimson covering. Nose is sharp citric fruits, red berry skins, funk, damp oak, pissy alleyway, hedgerow. Taste comprises funk, bitter sweet citric zest, red berry tang, damp oak, pissy, pomegranate, pink berry sherbets. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering bite. Solid thirst quenching sour.

Bottle shared in London. Cheers! Pours lightly hazed pink with a slight, fizzy white head. Lightly sweet with relaxed acidity, honey accents, tart berries. Light to medium bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Somewhat quenching to finish, more zippy berries, a little salt, honey. Tasty.

Bottle shared at L6. Pours orange red with a pinkish thin cap. Was a little lively in the bottle. Aroma is funk, chuckleberry, redcurrant, white grape, oak, strawberry. Taste is sharp chuckleberry, strawberry, white grape, oak, funk. Quite mellow and fruity. Nice stuff.

Bottle shared at Columbus tasting . 2023-02-02. Thanks to wingman. Mad gusher. A hazy plumy peach coloured pour with a pinky white head. Aroma is nice horsey funk, plumy, Betty, woody raspberry, yogurty wood. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody berry, raspberry, blackberry, yogurty, sour. Palate is semi sweet, pithy airy carbonation. Nice fruit character. Good.

Bottle. CW online. Slow gusher first off. Sits deep pink with a dense ring of baby pink head. Nose has pretty intense fruit, coming across like strawberry and rhubarb. Ripe blackberry and blackcurrant. Some vanilla. Taste is surprisingly dry, with a soft bitterness. Light and a little watery on the palate. High carbonation. Dry on the finish with some berry fruit acidity. Smells awesome, but trails off slightly thereafter.
