Tap@CBC2015, Yellow Session - pours gold with white head. Aroma and taste is citrus fruity, pale malty, lots of herbal grassy hoppy notes, some chilli kick in the finish. Ok.

Draught @ CBC 2015. Pours slightly hazy golden with a huge offwhite head. Aroma of light malt, grass, fruity, mango, chillies. Flavor is light sweet, malty, grass, sweet ripe fruit, rather hot chillies. Medium body, soft carbonation, quite some chilli heat. 010515

CBC Yellow Session. Keg. Lightly hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, dry and mildly crisp. Modest piny hops over semi dry pale malts. Chilli burn kicks in and dominates. Dry dusty finish. Okay.

From tap. Pours hazyorange with a small tan head. Aroma is nettle, grapefruity and mango. Chili, herbal. Bitter and smooth fruity and grapefruity finish.

Sampel at CBC. Chili heat and fruity freshness works well with the IPA, but still a odd idea to combine the three.

Tap @CBC15. Hazy amber. Huge frothy offwhite head. Grapefruit and pineapple aroma. Slightly earthy citrus flavour. Light feel ending in strong, warm chili burn. Too much for me.

Sample at CBC 2015. A bit hazy orange with a white head. Aroma and taste of hops, mango, some pineapple and chili. Balanced and with not too much chili. An interesting and nicely drinkable one.

Tap at CBC15... Amber... Bib bubbly white head.. Soft capsicum fruits nose... Big chilli... Sweet fruits.. Soft toffee.. Juicy fruits.. Long chilli

This Fresno Chili Pepper and Mango version poured up on cask at the Papago Hopageddon event where it exhibits a deep opaque gold body that has copper hues and supports a tall tan head of foam. The aroma offers up citrusy hops, some resiny pine hops and a mild chili pepper note. The taste delivers smooth cask conditioned malt sweetened citrus hops and mango and then moving quickly into a pleasing spicy onion hop dankness heading into modest chili pepper. Into the finish a modest burns wells up to help close out the experience. Nice stuff. It was far more an IPA than anything else as that facet dominated.

On cask at Harry’s Hofbrau in Redwood City. Slight malt and muted citrus aroma. Hazy sunset orange with an off white head that leaves a collar and dusts the top. Moderate high webbing down the glass. Taste is restrained orange. Biscuit malt and peppers in full support. The chili masks the mango, but it does not overpower. Loses the classic Green Flash IPA aspects from the chili, but well balanced and tasty.
