Cask at Pigs Ear. Near clear amber beer, small bubbly tan head. Airy smooth palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Light bodied malts, a little caramel and cream. Ripe citrus and a little orchard fruits. Light and semi dry finish. Solid.

Draft at BeerHeadz Lincoln. Deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma is tropical fruity and coconut. Slight sweet to light bitter finish. Medium body.

Keg at the Waterloo Tap, 25/05/22. Golden blonde with a decent lasting white head. Nose is grass, lemon rind, orange zest, herb, mellow Sorachi strains. Taste comprises orange peel, grass, citric tinged straw, lemon rind, melon, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced Sorachi laden hop bitterness. Decent Sorachi pale ... its been a while !

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours. faintly fuzzy gold with a strong, creamy white head. Lightly sweet with pleasant biscuity pale malts, a little spicy pine, nips of grass, lemon peel. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, lightly bitter, further supportive pale bread. This one was a grower.
