500ml can kindly shared by djoeye. Bubbly tan-coloured head leaving crocheted lacing down the glass. Dark brown coloured body. Mixed smell of brown malts and herbal hops. Slightly roasted dark malty flavours, hints of dried fruits and dusty hops. Malty finish with hints of bitterness. Medium to thin bodied. True to the style. Quite alright (Tromsø 22.01.2015).

Can. Very deep rubyish black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is a bit sugary, some slight floral notes and quite big on the ashy side of things. Flavour is strongly roasted malts, some ashy notes as well as some rye bread to it. Surprisingly good brew from a macro.

Can 500ml
Deep ruby color, small mostly vanishing beige head. Dry grainy, papery, a bit toasted and burnt aroma. Light-bodied. Good thing: it has light licorice-toasted flavor, bad thing: the rest is grainy and papery mess with burnt bread or ash. Quite industrial and not all-malt.

50cl can. Pours near black, creamy light brown head. Syrupy bready, toasted aroma. Flavor is similar, mostly bread, sweetness, some ashy notes. Thin body. Good drinkability. Some artificial thingy over it, but overall ok, could buy again.

A very dark brown beer with a big, long and beige head. The nose has roastiness, syrup like sweetness, some herbs and sour bread. Taste has bread, syrup, sweetness, some roastiness and herbal touch. Almost medium bodied, surprisingly smooth and nice to drink. Quite positive surprise, slightly too sweet but basicly it’s not bothering. Bread with syrup and roastiness, smooth.
