Similar to The Feeling Of Humanity, this evokes classic West Coast, hoppy beer, while also referencing even longer-standing traditions
through its use of Brettanomyces and modern sensibilities via a 30g/l dry hop of El Dorado and Sabro. Flavours of tinned pineapple and caramel meld with sticky, resinous notes and navel orange, leading to a sweet finish that displays some of Sabro’s familiar coconut character
alongside tangy marmalade.

Bottle. CW online. Hazed, deep orange gold. Massive froth of off white. Settles eventually to a semi dense foam. Nose has lemon and vanilla ice cream and ice cream wafer. Lemon sorbet. Notes of pine. Shelf turded beer vibes. Woosh. Mad. Taste is sticky sweet with a light twang of lemon rind bitterness. Big mouthfeel with similarly big foamy carbonation. Hints of the 11% throughout. Twangy bretty fruity finish.

Bottle at home, sourced from Tips and split with Fergus as a set, 17/02/22. Lively as fuck pour, no gush issues mind, going hazy orange amber with a mahoosive off white cap that stays to chat ... please piss off. Nose is sticky tropical fruits, lychee, dollop of brett, pissy citric shred, bitter orange, damp oak, funk. Taste comprises ripe pineapple, good dose of brett, funk, ripe tropicana, on the turn melon, mango flesh, sweet malts, lychee. Full bodied, fine massaging carbonation, semi drying close with a bitter sweet lean tempered with balanced brett allied to a rising boost. Good kit ... runs sweet at times but the brett pulls it back.
