375ml bottle @PBF X. Vintage 2013. Dark brown colored beer with a thin off white head. Raspberries, woody notes, tartness in aroma. Flavor has raspberry jam, wood, tartness, some grapes. Semisweet, long raspberry finish.

Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Cloudy dark brown, brief head. Concentrated aroma of balsamic raspberries backed by coffee. Mid sweet with distinct tartness, full bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Acetic raspberries, some caramel. Peppery alcohol and vinegar. Intense.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is fresh sour-ish, dry sour raspberries, cherries, oak, grass, mild vinegar, berry skin, alcohol, fresh raspberry candy. Taste is slightly harsh, raspberries, cherries, harsh yeast, oak, minerals, grass, berry skin, alcohol, bark. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Nice.

375ml dark green bottle with a red neck bought at Vinmonopolet Tromsdalen. Opaque coal brown body under a bubbly, fawn-coloured head leaving dotted spots on the glass. Sherry-like aroma, bread, oak, dried fruit. Taste of sweet malts mingled with sweet and tart berries, strawberries and raspberries. Hints of oak and brett. Dry, sweet and tart finish. Mouth filling. Pretty nice, rather unvaried in the long run (Tromsø 28.03.2015).

Sample @ Kristiansand ølfestival. Unclear dark brown body with a small beige head. Nice aroma with dry fruit, caramel and some warming alcohol. Flavor is sweet malt, caramel, dry fruit, balanced bitterness, warming alcohol and a hint of sour berries. Fine balanced body and pleased aftertaste. A solid, nice beer.

Flaske 375ml fra Vinmonopolet, Tromsdalen. Drukket i Skibotn 27 Des 14. Dyp brun. Gjørmete. Litt skum som forsvinner raskt. Veldig god plommearoma. Sherrypreg. Smaken er rabarbra & mørke plommer. Svakt syrlig. Dette holder seg lenge. Alkoholen veldig godt kamuflert.

375 ml green bottle, from the Norwegian importer. ABV is 9.9%. Cloudy dark red colour, moderate off-white / pinkish head. Aroma- of over-ripe raspberries, also cherry juice, crushed cherry kernels and marzipan. Fruity flavour, sweet and sour (more sweet than sour), over-ripe raspberries and cherries again, the finish is drier with fairly bitter hops. I’ve had better, I’ve had worse.
