Cask by stillage at One Inn The Wood, Petts Wood on 10th November 2025. Coppery brown with disappearing foam and transient lacing. Nutty maltiness in aroma. Richly malty in-mouth with nuttiness - hazelnut. Some leafy hops join the malts for a pleasant finish with a little bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel and a light body. Pleasant.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2021 - Hackney. Pours clear brown with a frothy, off-white head. Lightly sweet with well toasted grains, brown bread, nips of berries, dried leaves, earth. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Finishes with more earthy-leafy bitterness, nutty toasted grains. Well rounded, good depth. Solid bitter.
