Can from Tick Beer. Appearance - deep brown with red chinks. Decent off white head. Nose - caramel, toffee, pancake mixture and hazelnuts. Taste - toffee, sweet spice. churros and nuts lurking. Palate - light to medium bodied, sweet middle and finish. Overall - another that is too sweet for my palate.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 30/08/21. Chestnut brown with a reddish glint and topped with a beige cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is dried fruits, brown bread, spice, nutty, toffee. Taste comprises fruit cake, dried red berries, light spice, toffee, brown sugar dusting, tangy fruit esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Not bad.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A clear nut brown coloured pour with a decent beige cap that fades to swirl. Aroma is nice nut loaf, fruit and nut, raisin, some bock notes, apple turnover. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, layered earthy nutty malts, hint of coco powder, riaisn loaf, little burnt grass, fruit cake. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation. Nice malty beverage.

Clear but very dark reddish brown beer with a thin head that soon fizzles out altogether. Light bready aroma with a little malt and fruit. Taste is a bit bready too, with dried fruit, banana, a hint of the rum. For this strength and style it's pretty mellow, a bit fruitcake-y though it's a little thin and while the finish has some fruit and a dash of spice it's just a touch watery too. If it was just a little richer it would elevate this a lot.
