Trans-Atlantic panda 🐼 at home huge thanks to GodOfThunder via SHIG. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting off white head. Aroma is peach melba, woody bark, bourbon licks, apple juice. Flavour is composed of tangy apple juice, fuzzy peach, hay, mealy apple, bourbon booze in the finish. Quite unique. Palate is tangy, spritzy carbonation.

Panda at home, thanks to GoT via SHIG, 27/06/21. Lightly hazed orange with a decent enough white cap as it goes for cider. Nose is peach, bourbon, hay bale, apple skins, tannins. Taste comprises tangy peach, apple, mellow bourbon, light orchard wood, tannins, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Fun cider ... bourbon is well integrated and the peach carries a good tang to it.

Panda thanks to GoT: Poured an unclear golden to orange with a white fast dissipating head. Aroma is so woodsy, boozy, that barrel is stuck in the nose, peach, tannins. Taste is bitter tart peach, apples, tannin, some distinct bourbon, lingers around the pallet.
