Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 22/05/21. Almost clear golden amber with an off white head. Nose is sweet malts, bubblegum, orange peel, caramel, pineapple. Taste comprises orange pith, light minerality, melon, papaya, grapefruit, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close splashed with balanced hop bitterness and a light boost. Ok - middle of the road affair tbh.

Can at home picked up from Weird Beard online. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is semi sweet, chewy orange, spicy pine, little dirty bark, plastic. Flavour is composed of frothy wheat, little dirty grains, pine, woody grapefruit, bitter orange. .Palate is semi sweet, light vanilla, frothy airy carbonation. Overall a little muddled.

440ml can from the Offie, Leicester, and drunk during lockdown. Light gold, hazy with a ring of white head. Dank, juicy and slightly medicinal aroma with big tropical fruit hop. Bittersweet taste with a slightly acrid medicinal finish. Boozy hop burn going down. It's not perfect, and won't be my favourite Weird Beard concoction but it's decent enough.

Can. Almost clear gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. The malts are slightly thin and there is a suggestion of something smokey lurking way back. A reasonably bright citrus hop delivery, tangeriney orange, some pine, as they fade out some very light petrol. Light and fairly dry finish. It's not terrible but it is flawed for me. Weird Beard have done many better DIPAs than this.

Can from the Weird Beard online shop. Hazy amber pour with a white head. Nose is apple pie, biscuit, citrus. Taste is pear drops, yellow melon, apricot, sweet citrus. Certainly different to most DIPA's I've had. Interesting brew.
