10th October 2015
Very hazy deep amber beer, good pale tan head. Palate is light with reasonable fine carbonation. Mild minerals. Malts bring biiterish toffee and mild thin cream. Hops are bitterish pine followed by bitterish dried fruits. The thin creamy malts come back. Not very DIPA, more like an Imperial ESB. Not bad though.

Bottle, courtesy of MiP. Pours nearly clear copper brown with airy but stable light beige head. Clear aroma of hops, mwith notes of grass and fruit. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of needles and touches of malt, yeast, fruit and caramel. Bready hints. Bitter, hoppy aftertaste. Unusually low carbonation. Not bad, but more fizz would make it better.

Bottle. A hazy, dark golden beer topped by a small, light beige colored head. The aroma is rather piney and malty-sweetish, with some resins, fluor, caramel and meaty hints. It’s full-bodied, stingingly bitter, lightly alcohol warm and with flavors of citrusy hops, pine cones and resins. Rather malty, with some bready, meaty notes. Lasting finish. Sure nice this one, but a tad on the malty side I think. 150808

Bottle at PBFX. Deep amber color, small white head. Caramel, malts in the nose. Medium-bodied. Harsh, crystal malts, resin in the flavor. Long bitter aftertaste but quite harsh way. Feels suprisingly "macroish"
