Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Cask handpull at The Berry Walmer. Hazy amber golden brown lasting white head. Aroma of ginger. flavour of ginger. a soft pale ale with root ginger. ginger is quite dominant. not much bitterness. some heat from ginger. as I say soft in mouth. holds together ok but you do have to like ginger.
