Keg @ Bundobust, Manchester. Lighter red with a very thin head. It has a sweet red-berry nose that feels like it should be sweet in taste, but there's a mid sourness here.

Keg at Squawk taproom, 03/10/19. Lightly hazed amber with a decent off white head. Nose is light tropical fruits, biscuit, apple skins, faint spice. Taste comprises light tangy fruits, apple pulp, grains, cereals, red berry skins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Passable number.

Cask at the brewery tap. A light hazed orange amber coloured pour with a lasting off white head. Aroma is banana, vanilla, custard, apple tang. Flavour is composed of sharp apple, light wood, tang, lime zest, brown bread. Palate is sharp, lemon, moderate carbonation. Sharp apple.
