We have collaborated with New Jersey's finest Bolero Snort to brew an IPA like no other. This beer is inspired by the Punch Romaine cocktail served to the first class passengers on the fateful last dinner aboard the Titanic in 1912. Dry hopped with Amarillo, with additions of lemon, orange, vanilla and oak to embody the flavours of rum and zingy citrus.

On tap at the brewery, pours a dark gold with some white head. Tropical fruit nose, juicy fruit gum, some fruit wine. Flavor has fruit roll up, grape and jam, perfume too. Finishes sweet. Weird.

Keg at P-tap, 14/06/19. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is citric peel, spice, light herb, grains. Taste comprises lemon rind, grass, toasted grains, trace of Sorachi like hop, bitter orange. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness Interesting number but not sure I could drink a whole lot of it.

Partizan tap room. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, light creamy malts. Slightly ripe citrus, citrus peel. Nice light oak and mild vanilla. Light semi dry finish. Nice. Good balance of flavours.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, hay, flowers, fresh wood, weeds, minerals, yeast, grass, herbs, light malts, bark, paper. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish floral, weeds, sap, hay, flowers, light malts, fresh wood, bark, paper, leafs, yeast, sour grass, sawdust. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Not my cup of coffee.
