This naturally hazy, vegan friendly kettle soured Gose is tart, slightly salty and very refreshing, made with a touch of Corriander and Himalayan salt it ‘Gose’ great in a Margarita!

Tap at Beer Dock Crewe, 23/03/19. Clear golden blonde with a white covering. Nose is sea weed, damp cloth, lemon zest, hay bale. Taste comprises lemon rind, sea salt, light herb, balsa wood, damp hay. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, tangy citric closure. Decent gose.

Keg @ Port Street Beer House, Manchester. Deeper golden with a small head and a lower sourness factor. There's hints of sweet berry-fruit in its aftertaste, hops evident too.
