Keg at the Merchant - Canary Wharf. Pours clear yellow-gold, effervescent, with a tight, creamy white head. Delivers pretty well on the style, has some doughy wheat bread, straw, lemon meringue, biscuits, yeast. Light to medium bodied lively, massaging carbonation. Sweet finish, more wheaty notes, semi-ripe lemon, yeast, dough. Nothing to complain about, really.

Keg at the brewery tap, 17/05/19. Light haze on a yellow to golden pour with a decentoff white cap. Nose is straw, lemon rind, dusty hay, light herb. Taste comprises toasted grains, grass, white peppery spice, clove, faint yeast load, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Fine for the style.

Keg at the brewery. A mostly clear golden yellow coloured pour with a a lasting G off white head. Aroma is earthy, dusty grains, wheat, lemon stale cereal. Flavour is composed of salty, cereal, leafy hop, little spicy nettle, clove. Spicy citrus. Palate is semi sweet, meaty, salty, moderate carbonation. Ok.
