Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody chocolate oily light orange tang, waxy chocolate. Palate is semi sweet, oily, woody. Lowish carbonation. Not bad. Lingering dark bitter choc

Cask at Pigs Ear 2018 - London. Day 1. Pours black-brown with a creamy beige head. Eh, not the best, not very cohesive. Some chalky cocoa, scorched earth, hints of orange rind. Medium bodied, silky, with fine carbonation. Some dry and ashy roast in the finish. So so.
