Cask gravity at the pigs ear beer festival 2018. A clear dark amber reddy coloured pour with no head. Aroma is semi sweet woody. Cola cubes, ginger, woody. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody spicy, fur, wood, woody ginger, Lingering black toast. Palate is semi sweet, woody,. Rustic good stuff.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2018, day one, 04/12/18. Mahogany brown with a well presented beige head. Nose is dried fruits, biscuit, light spices. Taste comprises toffee, brown bread, fruit slice, cake mix. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough bitter.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Clear dark amber beer, small bubbly pale tan head. Light smooth palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Tangy malts, not that sweet. Fair dose of floral bitterness. Good tangy marmalade and berries underneath. Light bitter finish. Bold. Tasty.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2018 - London. Day 1. Pours clear russet with a foamy, off-white head. Nice bitter, some toasted bread, grains, earth and leaves, aged berries. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Bitter leafy finish. Sound.
