Pigs Ear. Cask. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Good nick. Smooth sweetish lager malts. Sweet floralness with sprity Parma Violet infused light citrus. Light crispy finish finds a little citric peel. Nice. Works well.
