The Toffs abound, squeaking and shrieking; "MORE RED ALE!" they cry. "Something with Chinook, Cascade and Centennial please, Old Bean".

Strawberry on the nose, raisin on the palette and a malted caramel finish - top draw!

Cask at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours clear copper-gold with a frothy, off-white topping. Light sweet flavour with leafy hops, a little dried pine, lightly toasted malts, some spicy grains. Light bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. OK balance to finish, a little earthy, some bitter grass, grainy malts. Fair overall.
