The Toffs abound, squeaking and shrieking; "MORE RED ALE!" they cry. "Something with Chinook, Cascade and Centennial please, Old Bean".

Strawberry on the nose, raisin on the palette and a malted caramel finish - top draw!

On tap at The Pullman Folkestone Tap Takeover. Clear mid brown red colour. Lasting beige head. Some red malts some rye malt some spiciness. Always a suckered for this style and this is good. Nice malty fullness with an extra spicy kick. Goodchoppy bitterness on the finish. Aroma like Lare Red from Sheps used to be. So some Turkish Delight rose aroma. Lovely
