Foudre Fermented Saison
Creation and Providence was brewed with Pilsner malt, Malted Spelt, Purple Karma Barley Flakes and Malted Wheat. Hopped with Styrian Golding and Brewers Gold, it was fermented in one of our oak foeders with a unique blend of yeast originated from a small Belgian brewery. After fermentation, it was moved to stainless where it was dry hopped with a blend of German Huell Melon and Czech Saaz.

Light yellow, slight haze, thin head. Light sort of phenolic nose, bit if brett, dry, light toastiness. Probably a bit phenolic for me.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out saison yeast, rustic notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with rustic saison yeast, some bitterness, and biscuity malt. Bitter and crisp, with a nice usage of the yeast. Very good.
