Bottle at level 42. It pours murky amberish - dirty blonde with a small white head. The aroma is oily, piney, resin, caramel, apricot, nectarine and a touch of caramel. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, oily, green, grassy, pine needles, pithy, zesty citrus, touch of caramel, brioche and pepper with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not a looker, but it tastes ok.

Bottle split at L42, thanks to Chris via Leighton 19/07/17. Hazed golden amber with a decent light beige cap. Nose is orange peel, straw, grains, soft bread, apricot. Taste comprises bitter orange, straw, grains, light spice, bread dough, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with earthy hop bitterness. Average for style ... doesn’t deliver on the hop front.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Chris! Pours mostly clear orange with a frothy, white head. The nose has some vague citrus notes, orange rind, dirty grains. Light-medium sweet flavour with ripening citrus, some marmalade, earth. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with a dash of minerality, more orange rind, grains. So so overall.
