Pale and opaque, with a big head. Aroma of timut pepper and pediococcus. It's tart, with light brett, and juicy lemon notes. Still a bit yeasty but not as much as it is on the aroma. Some pedio in the finish, but the acidity does help to brighten the beer up a bit.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out intense citrus zest, with wild yeast and oak. Flavour is quite wild and citrusy with harsh citrus zest and oak. Harsh bitterness, with an oaky finish. Decent.
