From a corked 75 cl bottle. Pours a clear orange gold with rising bubbles but no head. Lots of sediment in the bottom of the bottle requires some care in storage and serving. Aromas are of green Granny Smith apples. Flavors are sour apple. Finish is tart and crisp.

Tasting at Brian's, bottle
Pale blond colour, cloudy. Aroma of apples, which is atypical for Sidra Natural, as well the light sweetness is; moderate acidity, light yeast. The result is a quite approachable Sidra Natural, not very complex, but the final acidity and astringency make it quite enjoyable, probably good with some fatty food.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy pale yellowish blonde, no head. Nose reveals that beautiful Spanish sidra funk, with leather, barnyard notes, and subtly sweet apple skins. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of musty apples, barnyard notes, and some leather. Bone dry, with a very nice, subtle acidity, and barnyard character finishing. Really nice stuff.
