Three hop varieties (Vic Secret, El Dorado, Cashmere), three Kveik yeast strains (Aurora, Oslo, Voss) and the wonders of microbiology produced this unique triple IPA. Tropical fruit, citrus rind and an almost Belgian character contribute to making this big, hoppy, IPA worthy of representing the Valley Of Beer.

Coudy golden colour. Fruity aroma, and grain mash. Sweet but with bitter balance, orange peel, malt flavour, a bit of vegetables in the finish, strong alcohol feeling.
Not bad but a bit rough and unpolished.

473mL can, pours a cloudy darker golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of candied sugar, resinous hops, and caramel. Flavour is balanced very well for a triple IPA, with candied sugar, resinous hops, some booze, and caramel. The sugar and booze temper one another, and the hops are just enough to balance. Pretty well-done for such a difficult style to brew.

Richly hopped, fruity and slightly piney, this has a sticky, chewy malt base and a blast of alcohol in the finish. Not bad tipa.
