This IPA was brewed with Sacch Trois, providing big tropical fruit flavours of lychee and bitter pineapple. The addition of a small amount of Munich and Rye malt provide a subtle but distinct malt characteristic. We then dry hopped this one with primarily Nelson Sauvin which gives off big notes of gooseberry, lychee and white wine notes. The Amarillo and Ella hop combo provide a subtle citrus and floral character to round it out.

473mL can, pours a hazy dull copper with a medium white head. Aroma brings out an invigorating spicy hop character, spicy rye, bready malt, and a little pine. Flavour reveals a nice piney hop bitterness upfront, accentuated by spicy rye malt, some tangy citrus, and a hint of pithy stone fruits. Tangy, spicy, pleasantly bitter fnish. Excellent, creative IPA.

Slight haze, pale amber. Thin head. There's some bright peachy hop notes, sticky pale malts on the nose. On the palate, those sweet pale malts, again bright stone fruit hop, moderate hop bitterness, and just a touch of that sacc trois in the finish.

Cloudy blond colour. The hop and the yeast complement each other, creating a crisp and pungent combination, with notes of zest and tropical fruit. A bit flat on the finish.
Very good.
