Bottle, tasting at Ryan's
Blond colour. There's some poop smell, rubber, lemon leaf. Bone dry, with sharp acidity; the poopy character is also here, less evident than in the smell; lemony; some flaws, distracting from the qualities. Too aggressive.

750ml @ Ryan's. Appearance: a bit hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: tart and acidic, some funk, definitely some lime. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: too acidic as the majority of other old-time temporals.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Clear bright gold with small white head. Calamansi and lemon with a decent amount of tartness, not overly abrasive like past Temporal sours luckily, a bit farty, Okay, early Temporal sour release.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lemon zest, light lime, and gentle oak barrels. Flavour is very tart, with intense citrus, lemon zest, sharp acidity, and a little oak. Too sharply acidic but not too off-putting. Carbonation is high but fitting.

Dull and flat, I guess like lambic. No head. On the nose, lots of barrel and tartness, and it's quite bracing on the palate. The citrus elements don't stand out in terms of knowing what they are - they're a bit understated. I like the beer, as a woody sour ale, though, and of the treatments arguably the tequila barrel comes through a bit more.
