Bottle from the brewery, cork and cap
Hazy blond colour, frothy head. The aroma is dry, spicy, funky; very nice. Dry mouthfeel, very spicy, more from the yeast, and a bit of grass from the hop.
This reminds me of a true Belgian Saison. Very good.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Smells like pot, with lots of spicy hops, dank notes, and some rustic saison yeast. Flavour is very rustic, with a really nice rustic saison yeast character, plenty of dankness - potent pot-like notes, with lots of spiciness. Quite a nice spicy yeast character, very rustic… with a potent spicy hop character. Excellent.

Cloudy straw with a decent white head. Light perfumy and lemon notes. Light lemon and some bitter and grainy notes with a peppery notes. Decent.

750ml at Matt's amenity room. Appearance: hazy straw with a white head. Aroma: Saaz and pepper, oh well. Taste: along the same lines, super carbonated. Overall: meh for me, but it will be a great stuff who likes Saaz and Belgian saisons.

Pale and slightly hazy. Pretty thick head. On the nose, there's a fair bit of herbal hop notes, a clean pale malt background, and it smells like Dupont yeast, maybe a touch of brett. I mean maybe a bit.
