Effervescent, blonde, slight haze, big head. The aroma kicks off lots of saison yeast and bready pale malt, with light herbaceous hop. On the palate, it's got a bit of sweetness up front before drying out quite a bit. There's a stone fruit note, herbal character, lots of yeast that hints at bugs. Pretty good.

Hazy blond colour. Funky aroma, dry mouthfeel, funky character, it's a bit too high on the vegetable components, but enjoyable.

750mL bottle, pours a fairly clear golden with a small white. Nose brings out floral dry hopping, gentle rustic saison yeast, and some earthiness. Flavour is full of rustic saison yeast, a touch of funk, earthiness, and a hint of floral notes. Rustic, with a nice dry hop overtone, and a fairly dry finish. Good stuff.
