Last year, we tucked away some of our Talk to The Palm Imperial Stout and aged it in Bourbon barrels for 12 months. We picked the best barrels and blended it with some of our Milk Stout (which was also aging in bourbon barrels).

The result? A symphony of bourbon and dark dried fruit aromas with coconut, chocolate, and caramel flavours. Expect a rich, complex and decadent experience.

This one’s for those craft lovers. looking for an indulgent treat by a warm fire!

Tasting at Phill's, bottle
Black colour. Roasted malt aroma, a bit phenolic. Good body strength, moderate sweetness, strong roasted malt character, a bit ashy, with moderate bourbon.
Quite good.

Medium-brown, no head. Nutty aroma, little bit of toffee, promising. It's a bit thin, but a nice barrel character, like chocolate, and a hint of caramel. Nice barrel.

750ml @ Phill's. Appearance: dark brown with a dark beige head. Aroma: nice barrel with some berries and fruity character. Taste: align the same lines with a noticeable roasty and ashy character. ON the thin side for 10%. Overall: ok.

750mL bottle, pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma brings out earthy bourbon and a touch of roast. Flavour reveals a nice vanilla character from the Heaven Hill, but the base beer just isn't that complex. So you have a nice barrel character imparting itself on a not great base beer. Good effort.
