Tap@Rbabarrab, Copenhagen (dark amber brown with a off white head) Wow a real treat is this rare gem, happy anniversary! Intense sweet malty with layers of sweet caramel and dark dried fruit shred, brown sugar, loads of cognac, bourbon, and sweet red wine soaked barrel aged goodness, sweet spiced malty finish. Beautiful.

On tap at AleSmith, pours a dark rusted brown with a small beige head. Aroma is very complex, with notes of red wine, cognac and bourbon, followed by some vanillins and molasses. Flavour is rich and complex, with notes of cognac and red wine upfront, accentuated with some bourbon, vanilla and molasses. Integrated and complex. Lovely.

Bottle. Pours hazy mahogany, small tan head, minimal residual or lacing. Aroma is full of bourbon, vanilla, figs, dates, raisins, toffee, toasted caramel. Flavor is quite sweet, well integrated, yummy. Full body, low carbonation. Sipper.
