Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2015 ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As SPYBREW / Cutthroat Sour Secrets ].Clear matt medium yellow orange color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate apple, wood, vinegar notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, sour fruit, apple, fruity, wood - funky. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150529]

Draft @ Ølfestival 2015. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour aroma. Fruity sour tart grassy flavor. Has a fruity sour tart finish.

Tap@Copenhagen Beer Festival 2015, (29/05/2015) - pours golden with white head. Sour fruity aroma and taste, acidic, grapes, vinegar, berry fruits, funky, light herbal and floral hops, tart on the palate, dry tart finish.

DØE. Hazy yellow with a tiny white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light sour, acetone and fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and light sour. Light dry and light sour finish. 290515

Draught at KØ15. Sour and slightly funky aroma. Hazy dark golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour starts off with a rather sharp vinegar note. Later comes a touch of vanilla. The sourness is a little chemical, but not entirely unpleasant.

From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is acetone and slight fruity. Dry and slight herbal. Mild fruity and dry citric finish.
