Gravity cask at Nottingham festival 2015. Deep maroon color, thin tan head. Aroma of almonds, hazelnut, herbs. Taste is nutty cocoa. Very nice.

Tried at the Nottingham beer festival 2015. Black colour with a thin tan head. Aroma has roasted malt, chocolate and well amaretto, taste has this too, but the amaretto isn’t overpowering.

Cask @ Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival (2014), Nottingham Castle, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EL. [ As Blue Monkey Chocolate Amaretto Guerrilla ].Clear dark black brown color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, chocolate, artificial, vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, vanilla, artificial, choclate, dark chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141008]

Cask (Nottingham Beer Festival 2014) - Very dark brown with a tan head. Chocolate, vanilla and nuts in the aroma. Chocolatey and roasted taste with notes of vanilla and amaretto combining nicely. Really tasty.
