Tasting at Phill's, bottle
The bottle is a gusher. Cloudy blond colour with large head. Strong botanicals aroma. The flavour is moderately acidic, which works well with the mild botanicals. Pleasant.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy gold with small white head. Mild tartness, gin, light saison yeast. Quite nice.

Hazy and sour. Has a big juniper aroma, lots of tartness, with a laurel leaf or something going on. Good complexity. Lots of tartness, good fruity character and a massive gin character.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a large white head. Nose is loaded with fresh lemon zest, gin barrels, saison yeast, and a touch of barrels. Flavour is full of fresh lemon zest, gin barrels, and rustic saison yeast. Lots of fresh citrus zest dominates, and not too much gin. Very good stuff.
