Can picked up from the brewery and consumed in my hotel room - hazy light gold - lively carbonation - nose and flavor have a nice rusticity, mild wildflower honey, slight minerality, hints of white wine - light bitterness - finishes dry with a light mineral bite - subtle, but complex, and nicely balanced.

16 oz can at Special Brews. Bright golden appearance, with almost no head. Straw grains with an impressionable yeast character. Tons of oak. Dry taste, with lively carb.late palate is full of floral with lemon grassy notes. Crisp, and very easy drinking. Unique offering to find in my local, so enjoyed drinking this one. I just heard Holy Mountain was in a local article listed as a top Seattle brewery you may not have heard of. Do we not all know about these guys by now? Seriously? Cheers to yet another solid brew from these guys.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has light fruits and a bit of melon with hints of dates and a sweet grain backbone. Flavor has light earthy melon and a bit of licorice with sweet fruits, dates and sweet grains backing.

Slight haze, thin head, pale amber/tan colour. Bretty, nice orangey note, marmalade and honey. Well balanced, of course.

On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of aged oak and some rustic saison yeast. Flavour is quite buggy, with lots of wild yeast, aged oak, and some spicy yeast. Carbonation is quite high but fitting, and there's some residual sweetness that seems a touch high. Overall, quite good. The yeast profile is great, but the sweetness is a bit too high.
