On tap at Ile Sauvage, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out that murky kveik yeast upfront, with soft floral hopping. Flavour is a little fruitier, with dry floral hopping, murky kveik yeast, and a touch of melon. A bit earthy and muffled, but it comes together decently—you gotta like the kveik yeast, which I don't. Okay.
