On tap at Ile Sauvage, pours a cloudy pale yellow with a small white head. Nose is quite mineraly, with subdued rustic notes and sharp grains. Flavour is rather sharp, with lots of mineraly notes, sharp graininess, and a touch of rustic character. Messy and the yeast is poorly dialled in. Not very good.

Pale, but dull, somewhat hazy, with a weak head that froths up and crashes down. Nice herbaceous hop aroma with a bready classic saison yeast aroma. On the palate, same nice yeast note but there's also a bright brett C note in there as well. That's got the body a bit lighter, and really brings it all together
