Bottle at Sergey's, 8.5% ABV, 'Sherry' not mentioned on the label
Dark, almost black, with small tan head. Aroma of cacao and vanilla. Good body, dark sugars, caramel, not much depth; a bit of cacao; dark fruits. Warming alcohol. Good, but not my preferred style/execution.

375ml (thx, Josh!) shared with Alex @ 🏡. Vintage 2022. 8.5% ABV. Appearance: brown with a tan head. Aroma: wood, roasted malt, some dark fruits. Taste: along the same lines, a bit roasty, almost no sweetness left. Overall: pretty good.

500mL bottle, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma reveals sweet bready caramel, a touch of vanilla, and some roast. Flavour is full of bready caramel, accentuated with a touch of vanilla and roast. Bready caramel finish. Nothing extraordinary but it works well.

Dark brown. No head. On the nose, lots of figgy stuff, some dark sugars, light fruit. The body is light, and with again sugars, fruits, the sherry accent seems to just override. Ok, definitely messy.
