Cherry and sour mash malt. Leaves a cloying sour taste in your mouth for a while. Orange ruby pour with decent head. Tap at brewery.

On tap at Barn Owl, pours a clear bright reddish pink with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out way too much yogurty character upfront, with some gentle jammy raspberries. Flavour is gently fruity, with sour raspberries, some rotting notes, vomit, and yogurty notes. This is really incompetent: the lacto is way too prominent, the fruit tastes rather rotting, and there is this vomit character throughout. Poor. Needs serious tweaking.

Red. Sweet, tart and balanced. It's simple, but I like the cherry note, it seems natural and effortless, and blends well with the base beer.
