Gold, nice bubbles, medium head. Pediocentric aroma with light brett and biscuity malts. Has that same biscuity character, and the ferm is the same. This needed more time so the brett could eat a bit more yeast and also the off notes. So it’s good but feels like they left some upside on the table.

On tap at Fremont, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is all rustic saison yeast; no bugs though, just a nice peppery, spicy saison yeast. Flavour is reminiscent of classic Saison Dupont, with spicy black pepper, rustic saison yeast, and a crisp biscuity malt base. Very nice rustic, peppery character, with minimal residual sweetness. Really nice.
