11/10/2024. From BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours very slightly hazy dark orange with a minimally bubbly head. Aroma is apple, lightly funky, citrus, caramel, sugars. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, slightly watery, low carbonation. Very dry finish. Enjoyable.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2021. Deep golden colour, no head and aroma of musty apple. Taste is sweet, apple, caramel, acetic funky, acidic. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry funky finish. Quite drinkable

Draught at Post office Vaults. It pours hazy amber with floaters and a small bubbly white head. The aroma is soft, earth, wood, tannin, black tea, earth, must and a touch of apple pie. The taste is dry, bitter, juicy, red apple, apple pie, powdery, pear, chewy, wood, earth, tannin and black tea with a drying finish. Medium body and flat. Dry and chewy. Excluding the spunky floater it is alright.

Polycask @ GBBF 2014, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Williams Brothers Biffyn Sweet Cider (2) ].ABV: 6.3%. Unclear matt medium orange color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, apple pie, light barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, sweet apple, apple pie, light tart apple. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is flat. [20140814]

Sampled @ GBBF day 3. Slightly unclear yellow orange color, no head. Smell apple, cinnamon, sweetness. Taste apple, lightly cinnamon again, a hint of sweetness and slightly vinous. Decent body, quite sweet, lightly dry finish.
