750ml @ Ryan's. Appearance: cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma: juicy, lots of minerals and bugs, definitely reminds me of a lambic character. Taste: along the same lines, lots of bugs and farmhouse notes. Overall: good one.

Dark blonde sort of thing, opaque. Aroma is fruity, wheaty, nice bretty notes, leather and brett C. Light body, vibrant. Stone fruits, leather, wheat, lots of brett and a big barrel signature. The lactic tartness is fairly sharp. Mild carbonation.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy orangey gold with small white head. Oak, bugs, wild yeast, quite nice.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is full of the classic Holy Mountain wild bugginess, some oak, and some earthiness. Flavour is buggy and earthy, with lots of wild yeast, gentle funk, earthiness, and some oak. Buggy, rustic, and oaky, with nice complexity. Low tartness, with a nice rustic, funky character. Very nice.
